Would you like to have a one-on-one yoga class of your choosing but would rather do it through livestream such as Zoom? No problem! We offer different types of yoga classes that we are sure you'll enjoy!

Private Group Yoga Class Online
Want to have a private group class for you and your friends? Maybe you and some co-workers? This class option will allow you to have a private Zoom meeting room of just you and your friends for this yoga class. You can choose from a variety of different types of yoga. Want to relax and take it slow? Do you and your friends want to sweat and have a good workout? We can tailor any class to meet your needs.
Length of Class: 1 Hour
# of Students: 2-6
Online Kids' Yoga Class
Are your kids bored at home? We offer this private group Kids' Yoga class to help get your kids up and active! This class will get them moving and stretching while their little bodies and minds enjoy the benefits of yoga.
Length of Class: 45min - 1 Hour, depending on age of students
# of Students: 2-6
In-Person Class Options
1-on-1 Private Class In-Person
It's just not the same as having your yoga teacher right in front of you? Then the In-Person 1-on-1 Private Lesson may be best for you. With a private one-on-one yoga class, you will have all my attention to help you safely get into and get out of yoga poses while still enjoying the flow. We can also tailor each private lesson to whatever you are feeling that day. We are there for you and your yoga experience.
Length of Time: 1 Hour
Private Group Yoga Class in-person
Have you ever thought about inviting your friends over for some yogic pampering? Having a Girls' Mini Retreat? What about getting together some of your running and/or biking buddies and wanting to work on some yogic stretching? This is the class for you all. In this class, we will work with you to design a yoga class suited for your group's needs.
Length of Time: 1hr - 2hrs
# of students: 2-10
Kids' Yoga - Group Class in-person
Are you having an event for kids and would like to incorporate some yoga into it? Maybe you would like to have yoga as an activity at your child's birthday party. Maybe you want to gift your grandchildren some group private yoga classes? We can definitely tailor a fun and exciting yoga adventure for your little ones.
