This class is the union of two ancient traditions to offer physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. It is a soothing practice that combines a carefully selected, gentle flow of Yin Yoga postures held for 3 to 5 minutes, with a Reiki treatment offered Reiki Master Teacher and certified Yoga Teacher, Ana.

Ready to start the day? Morning Flow Yoga is a class that will slowly wake your body and prepare you for the day. It’s a gentle class that will raise your heart rate just enough to wake you up and feel energized the rest of the day.

Yoga in the Dark is a slow-based, vinyasa flow class conducted with the lights turned down. It helps the yogi to turn inward and allows for a deeper practice that helps to create more intense focus on each pose. Yoga in the Dark is an impactful way to connect with your mind and body.

Looking for a yoga sequence to get your blood moving in the morning? The Jivamukti Yoga Method Spiritual Warrior Class is a brisk vinyasa/flow class with a fixed sequence that gives the student the opportunity to progress to the level of mastery.

With a mix of Yoga Nidra and Seated Meditation, this 45min - 60min class is an excellent way to incorporate relaxation in the middle of the week. Yoga Nidra, sometimes called “Yogic Sleep”, is a meditative form of yoga that involves the students resting in savasana while the teacher guides them through a conscious awareness sleep. A deeper state of relaxation with awareness.

This class is designed to provide the student with the underlying basics of how a vinyasa, or flow, practice works. It will focus on trying to align one's breath and spiritual intention with the movement. This class will present the flow of asanas at a slower, more relaxed pace so that the student can refine their skills.

What better way to end the week, than a free class open to everyone and all levels! This is a free class offered to the community. Donations are welcomed.

For ages 5 - 10 years old! This class helps build self-confidence, self-expression as well as building social skills. Students will strengthen their minds and bodies as they learn yoga poses and breathing/relaxation techniques. Class will include singing, drawing and playing yoga games.

A "power yoga" class, Weekend Warrior Yoga is a vinyasa-based class. It provides a balance of strength building and flexibility. The focus is to leave the yogi feeling energizing and ready for the weekend!

Good for all levels and great for athletes and others who need a good, deep stretch, Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga class that focuses on the connective tissues of the body. This class consists of certain yoga poses that are held in deep stretch for 3 -5 minutes. It encourages flexibility and deep tissue stretch of the connective tissue of the body.
